She holds a Master’s degree in Fraud and Forensics from Carlow University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from St. Mary’s University.
Erin is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS), Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS), and Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI). Ms. O’Leary specializes in cryptocurrency tracing, fraud investigations, and complex financial intelligence analysis, providing actionable insights to support investigative and legal efforts.
Erin brings advanced expertise in blockchain forensics, cryptocurrency investigations, and digital asset tracing across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. Her work includes analyzing on-chain transaction flows, identifying wallet attribution patterns, and tracing funds through decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, mixers, and cross-chain bridges. Currently a sophomore at Indiana University studying informatics, Mark is building a strong foundation in data analysis, cybersecurity, and decentralized technologies.
Mark is on track to earn his Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI) credential in Summer 2026, further strengthening his expertise in crypto fraud investigations, wallet tracing, and blockchain intelligence. His technical focus and forward-thinking approach make him a key asset in supporting complex digital asset cases.
In addition to his academic and investigative work, Mark is actively developing a proprietary blockchain analytical tool designed to enhance investigative efficiency and accuracy. He has also successfully created a self-hosted AI system for Garrett Investigations, contributing to advanced automation and data analysis capabilities within the firm.
