Teri Dervenis is the founder of Garrett Investigations LLC,  a strategic blockchain analyst with over 6 years of experience tracing illicit and hidden assets on the blockchain.  Teri holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She is a Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI), Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator - Advanced (CCIA), Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator Ethereum (CCIE), and a licensed Private Investigator (PI) PI22100022.

Specializing in cryptocurrency investigations and blockchain forensics, Teri and her team focus on crypto fraud investigations, asset tracing, and digital intelligence, Teri helps clients uncover the truth behind complex financial schemes involving digital assets.

Teri brings a detail-driven investigative approach to every case, combining analytical thinking with advanced blockchain analysis techniques to trace the movement of cryptocurrency across networks.  Her work supports individuals, businesses, Private Investigators, and legal professionals who are dealing with the growing challenges of digital asset fraud and cyber-related financial crime.

Erin O’Leary is a seasoned financial crime investigator and intelligence professional with over 25 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense as an Intelligence Analyst. She holds a Master’s degree in Fraud and Forensics from Carlow University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from St. Mary’s University.

Erin is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS), Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS), and Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI). Ms. O’Leary specializes in cryptocurrency tracing, fraud investigations, and complex financial intelligence analysis, providing actionable insights to support investigative and legal efforts.

Erin brings advanced expertise in blockchain forensics, cryptocurrency investigations, and digital asset tracing across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. Her work includes analyzing on-chain transaction flows, identifying wallet attribution patterns, and tracing funds through decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, mixers, and cross-chain bridges. She is experienced in detecting typologies associated with cryptocurrency fraud, including romance scams, pig-butchering schemes, investment fraud, and money laundering networks. 

Erin leverages a combination of blockchain analytic tools, OSINT methodologies, and financial intelligence techniques to uncover hidden asset movement and support litigation-ready reporting. Her investigative approach is tailored to assist attorneys, law enforcement, and private sector clients in identifying subpoenable centralized exchanges (CEXs), developing asset recovery strategies, and producing clear, defensible findings for civil and criminal proceedings.
