Garrett Investigations LLC provides professional investigative, consulting, and blockchain forensic services. We do not sell, ship, or distribute tangible goods or physical products.

All services are classified as professional digital services.

Because Garrett Investigations LLC provides professional services and digital deliverables only, there are no returns, exchanges, or product replacements. Services are intangible and cannot be returned once delivered or commenced.

All services are provided on a professional services basis. Fees are earned upon:

• Scheduling of consultation
• Commencement of investigative work
• Delivery of reports
• Provision of advisory services
• Allocation of investigative resources

Once services have commenced, all fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome, findings, or client expectations.

By purchasing services, the client acknowledges that:

• Investigative services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation
• Results cannot be guaranteed
• Payment secures professional analysis and time, not a guaranteed outcome

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis.

Garrett Investigations LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Asset recovery
• Legal success
• Exchange cooperation
• Third-party compliance
• Specific investigative outcomes

Blockchain investigations involve external variables outside our control.

By submitting payment via credit card, debit card, ACH, or electronic transfer, the client expressly agrees to the following:

1. The charge is for professional investigative services.
2. The services are intangible and begin upon scheduling or commencement.
3. The client authorizes Garrett Investigations LLC to charge the agreed amount.
4. The client understands that services are non-refundable once initiated.

Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal for services rendered in accordance with the engagement agreement.

Any chargeback initiated for services that were delivered, scheduled, or performed may constitute breach of contract.

Garrett Investigations LLC reserves the right to:

• Contest chargebacks with supporting documentation
• Submit engagement agreements and communication records to the payment processor
• Pursue recovery of reversed funds
• Recover associated fees, costs, and legal expenses where permitted

All payment disputes must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of invoice issuance. Failure to provide written notice within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the charges.

By engaging Garrett Investigations LLC, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Understand that investigative findings may not support their expectations
• Acknowledge that digital asset recovery is not guaranteed

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Garrett Investigations LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Investigative outcomes
• Use of delivered reports
• Third-party refusal to cooperate
• Pre-existing financial loss

Scheduled consultations require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Retainer-based engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Garrett Investigations LLC reserves the right to:

• Verify client identity prior to engagement
• Decline services at its discretion
• Cancel transactions suspected of fraud
